I would just like to thank Georgina for her great customer service. You always hear if something goes wrong but seldom when something is rectified in a speedy and lovely manner. AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT Brewdog

Brewdog customer service is as good as Brewdog its self, we wanted to give my appreciation for brewdog and Kate welcomed it and handled it even if she was busy. I am greatful for the Brewdog establishments and many flavourful IPA. We are sure to continue to be a customer in store and at Brewdog kennels

Customer service works perfect. Big shoutout goes to Amber. Very prompt response + proactiveness to solve the problem I had.
Regarding the reservation system of large groups in Brewdog Mitte in Berlin I would make some improvements because as of now it takes a lot of time and multiple reminders to get the answer.

Kate was very helpful and informative. Great communication and service. Will definately be ordering from BrewDog in the future.

Following a lost parcel due to courier errors, Kate from the Customer Service Crew was excellent. She quickly resolved the issue.

Very happy with the service received.

I place an order for delivery and somewhere in the process my box including cans were damaged by the courier.

I took photos and raised a complaint through customer services.

Adriana was a great help and resolved any issues that I had.

Hopefully, my next delivery goes smoothly.

I'm new to trust pilot, and don't often leave feedback... But this service deserves the credit.
I contacted Brewdog last night (after business hours) regarding placing an order for some branded glasses as I had damaged the one I had.
Kate (customer service crew) responded first thing the following morning and went over and above to source glasses that were otherwise unavailable and have them sent out to me to replace my damaged glass. Kate and Brewdog are exceptionally quick to respond, super efficient and for such a large business a pleasure to deal with.
I'm really appreciative of your kind service and can't wait to place more orders!

Had an issue with a missing gift voucher following purchase of the advent calendar. Raised a ticket with Brewdog customer service. They responded within an hour, excellent support from Amber who resolved the issue promptly. I have placed many orders with Brewdog and have rarely experienced any issues, but it’s reassuring to know that there is excellent customer support available when required.

Over and above with their customer service! I have just received a delivery of beer but the box was battered and broken. It transpired beer was missing and cans had burst everywhere! I sent photos to Brewdog who immediately sorted it all out immediately, not just replacing the damaged cans (which were most of them!) but replacing the whole delivery. That is very much going above and beyond. Many thanks to Georgina and the team - really great job! I'm proud to drink your beer!!!

Love this company's beers and their online service, offers and delivery rates etc. are brill. Keeps me well-stocked with quality beers etc. Ordered late but still arrived in time for the Xmas break. HOPPY XMAS!

Had an issue with some credit not put on my account. Amber in customer service was very good at keeping me informed and sorting out the problem. Took a few days, but I was always told what was happening and ultimately it was sorted out.

I erroneously bought a gift card in euros which I gave as a birthday present. Unfortunately it could not be used in the UK and initially I thought it had been money wasted....I was in the dog house! Thought it was worth seeing if I could exchange it to sterling and not only did Amber respond quickly and address this but she,also agreed to send a few free beers! Wow, that exceeded my expectations, gr8 customer service. Looking g forward to beers arriving now. Cheers Brewdog
